Против либерализма, за рабочее государство, основанное на российской идентичности

В Сербии вышел журнал «Идентитет» с публикацией интервью проф. С.С.Сулакшина. Приводим его на русском, английском и сербском языках.

Прежде всего я хотел бы поблагодарить редакцию журнала за саму возможность этого интервью и обращения к сербской аудитории. Потому, что как русский человек всегда испытывал чувство славянской солидарности. Потому, что история говорит о глубинных основаниях связи наших стран и народов. Потому, что, будучи депутатом Государственной Думы России, делал, что мог для предотвращения преступной агрессии НАТО против бывшей Югославии.

Я решил, что это мое первое интервью должно быть честным, открытым, откровенным и обоснованным. Моя жизненная позиция в нем проста: всегда остаюсь ученым и гражданином, патриотом своей страны. Не всем это нравится. Ну уж, как есть!

— Сначала расскажите подробнее о своем Центре и Партии нового типа. Каковы основные принципы и цели Центра и Партии?

— Центр научной политической мысли и идеологии — негосударственная научно экспертная и проектная организация. Это мое детище. И основному коллективу уже около 20 лет. Предмет его исследований — философские основы фундаментальных вопросов жизни, Добра и Зла, смысла жизни человека и общества, государства и человечества. Важно не впадать в идолопоклонство великим мыслителям прошлого, а постигать истины самим.

Центр уникален тем, что соединяет методы примерно 16 научных отраслей. Изучая социальные и гуманитарные вопросы мы используем математические методы моделирования и прогнозирования. Создаем собственные прикладные теории и объяснительные схемы. Центр проектирует на основе разработанных ценностных представлений устроение общества и человечества, государства. Предложена теория успешности сложных социальных систем (общества, государства, человечества, самой жизни). На ее основе разработана новая конституция будущей России, той, которая освободится от либеральной космополитической идеологии и модели, навязанной стране в годы Ельцина и особенно Путина. Модели разрушительной, аморальной и тупиковой.

Созданы междисциплинарные модели для оценок и прогнозирования развития страны. Ведется социальный, экономический и политический мониторинг России. В целом Центр является think tank. Модель будущей России, которую он проектирует и переводит проекты в актуальные нормативные правовые и политические форматы, — это модель нравственного государства, трудового, а не паразитарного, государства народовластия, русского российского цивилизационно-идентичного государства. Политически — это содержательная и целостная оппозиция модели путинизма, который ведет Россию путем деградации к краху.

Политическая и идеологическая позиция Центра, которая положена в основу партийного строительства, — это коротко говоря «Настоящий социализм». Синтетическая модель, которая уважает и балансирует все законные интересы всех законных групп интерсов. Это не левая и не правая позиция. Она снимает основной марксов конфликт труда и паразитизма. При этом созидает трехзвенную формулу «Труд-свобода-солидарность».

На базе теоретических и проектных разработок Центра сформировался концепт Партии нового типа. В путинской России партийная система превращена в суррогат. Оппозиция фабрикуется правящим режимом, его спецслужбой и Администрацией. Имитируется оппозиционная деятельность. Контролируется, точно как во времена КПСС, интернет. Парламентские и президентские выборы фальсифицируются режимом в разы! Назревает жесткий политический кризис, поскольку фактически Россия за время путинизма превратилась в приватизированное государство с хунтоподобным типом правления.

Есть такой показатель для любой страны, как коэффициент ее жизнеспособности. Он позволяет ранжировать страну в диапазоне от сверхдержавы (США, Китай) до насостоявшегося государства. Путинизм довел российский коэффициент до близкого к порогу развала страны, как это произошло с СССР. Перед Россией встала нестандартная политическая задача: спасти страну от развала и переустроить ее модель на иную, нравственную и жизнеспособную. Эта задача не вписывается в стандартную политическую партийную суету за несколько кресел в парламенте, чем занимаются российские режимные партии.

Мы поставили задачу нового типа. Поэтому и политическое объединение тоже стало Партией нового типа. Когда-то подобную задачу «спасти человечество» решали первохристиане 100 лет назад в России подобную задачу решали большевики-ленинцы. Главное, что требует такая постановка задачи — иметь строгую, научно обоснованную платформу, политический и нормативный правовой проект нового государственного строительства после того, как предыдущий негодный режим уйдет в историю. Партия нового типа, родившаяся в России, все это имеет. Хотя на разработки полного политического программного проектного пакета ушли два десятка лет. Один только проект новой конституции России потребовал трудовых усилий около 400 человеко-лет.

В целом политический вызов современной России таков, что-либо она освободится от путинизма и перестроит свою модель на нравственную и справедливую, либо она исчезнет с политической карты мира как целостное значимое государство.

— Могли бы вы определить позицию вашей идеологии? Это что-то вроде левых патриотов, социализма? Вы против Европейских новых левых, которые практически не имеет ничего общего с рабочими, но и пропагандируют ЛГБТ, открытые границы, радикальный феминизм и т. д.?

— Мы понимаем категорию идеологии в нашем системном словаре как собрание высших ценностей, мотивирующих поведение человека. Истинные высшие ценности отбираются народом, цивилизацией, закрепляются в культуре, религии. Гармония достигается тогда, когда политический выбор согласован с историческим цивилизационным. Теоретически набор ценностей «по образу и подобию» делает образец жизни человеком и человеческим общестовм «истинным», категориальным. Природа (или Бог) задумали человека человеком труда, коллективности, духовных, а не материальных ценностей, творческим, любящим, создающим союз мужчины и женщины для рождения потомков, стремящимся к идеалу, милосердным, ценящим человеческую жизнь, альтруистическим, жертвенным. Такая цель ведет человека по пути прогресса.

А если цели противоположны — стяжательство, паразитизм, индивидуализм, человеконенавистничество, извращения вместо любви, разрушительство — то это путь к расчеловечению, к образу нечеловека, античеловека. Это путь деволюции.

Левая идея социальности исторически была доведена до догматической версии (в СССР, в частности). Человек как личность оказался подавлен.

Правая идея свободы личности была доведена до фашистской идеи превосходства и насилия. Наша идеология исходит из ключевой идеи: человек должен быть человеком истинным. Это оптимальный синтез ценностей лево-правой идеи. Поэтому наша идеология — это идеология оптимальности, истинности категории человека и человеческого общества. Есть отчетливый образ, который проецируется на устроение финансов и экономики, политики и образования и воспитания, индивидуума и общества, свободы и ответственности. Это идеология дороги к свету, прогрессу, истинной эволюции человека и человечества. Это правильная сторона истории.

Что касается различных версий употребления самоаттестаций, типа европейских левых, или европейских правых, то терминология очень относительна. В российском политическом словаре, например, под правыми понимаются вовсе не националисты, а приверженцы крайнего либерализма. Вообще в теории политический спектр более многомерен, чем только линейное пространство левых-правых. Можно видеть и верхних-нижних, синих-зеленых и иные измерения различных осей ценностных и в итоге политических предпочтений. Политический спектр, формирующий политические платформы партий и правительств, принципиально многомерный. Наш подход призывает отказаться от крайностей и позиционироваться в оптимальном центре. Оптимальность при этом определяется по критерию максимума всеобщего блага в стране, государстве, человечестве. Всеобщее благо — это благо всех и каждого. Мы такую позицию определили как «настоящий социализм». Он, кстати, теоретически гарантирует максимальную успешность народа и государства.

Радикальные, крайние позиции, как правило, быстро мутируют к извращениям, человеконенавистничеству, фашизму, расизму, социал-дарвинизму. А это, повторю, путь деволюции. Это тупиковая, неправильная сторона истории. Попадать туда — совершать большую ошибку. Нам представляется, что сформулированная нами идеология не выдумана, а является результатом открытия замысла природы (или Бога, если кому-то это ближе), а потому наиболее эффективна и праведна.

— Как вы оцениваете жизнь в современной России? Каково Ваше мнение о российском правительстве и российской экономике? Является ли Россия глобальной «сверхдержавой» в ваших глазах и каковы основные проблемы в стране?

— Это тяжелый для нас вопрос. На него давит ложный патриотизм с одной стороны и открытая политическая оппозиционность режиму либерализма-путинизма, который за 20 лет достиг своего системного воплощения. Российский либерализм обрел крайнюю форму, навязан внешним идеологическим вторжением «в переводе с английского» при развале СССР. Произошла политическая вивисекция, разрушившая русские российские цивилизационные механизмы. Западная (американская) цивилизация стала агрессивно насаждать чуждые России нормативы и ценности. Это примело к сильнейшей мутации общества и государства. Либерализм из классического исторического варианта быстро стал превращаться в фашистскую версию. Происходит ползучая фашизация России.

Население стало вымирать, в 90-е годы возник так называемый «русский крест». Не родились и неестественно вымерли десятки миллионов населения России! По сути, это не что иное, как геноцид. Явление стало вновь ускоряться по мере развития версии «путинизма» с 2016 года. Уровень жизни, здоровье, образованность и культура населения страны деградируют. Велика эмиграция. Финансовая система деформирована, из оборота изъяты триллионы долларов, в целом рубль стал несуверенной валютой. Из страны вывозится благ в полтора-два раза больше, чем ввозится. А это характерная для колонии картина. Экономика России при Путине уже выпала из десятки ведущих экономик мира.

Отраслевая структура экономики превратилась в низкоэффективную сырьевую. Высокотехнологическая промышленность разрушена. Ученые и высококвалифицированные инженеры из России массово эмигрируют. Патентов в России регистрируется уже меньше, чем в Иране. Профицит платежного баланса выносится коррупционерами в офшоры. Несколько процентов населения завладели 89% богатств страны. 20 млн человек официально признаны бедными и нищими. Жизненный уровень, реальные доходы населения падают, социальное расслоение растет. Деградирует и превращается в вид коммерции здравоохранение, образование, культура. наука. Растет заболеваемость и смертность.

Путин создал за 20 лет правления предельно коррумпированное и непрофессиональное правительство. Государственное управление беспомощно и безотвественно. Ухудшение жизни народа никак не ведет к сменяемости провалившейся власти, поскольку институт демократии превращен в фарс. Правящая партия Единая Россия избрана в парламент страны, как и сам президент с колоссальными фальсификациями (в разы!), практически с нарушением целого пакета статей Уголовного кодекса. Создана система так называемого приватизированного криминального государства. И это качество пронизывает всю государственную вертикаль.

Страна стремительно деградирует к состоянию не то, чтобы развитой или развивающейся, но уже слаборазвитой страны. Режим путинизма снижает так называемый коэффициент жизнеспособности страны до порогового, после которого наступает развал государства. И это реальная среднесрочная перспектива России.

Россия утратила практически всех геополитических союзников, превратилась в агрессивное слабопредсказуемое, ненадежное и опасное государство. Авторитет и влияние в мире практически исчезли, что показывают реакции ООН на российскую повестку, если только не считать, что у путинизма в руках все еще остается наследие СССР в виде ракетно-ядерного оружия массового поражения и экспортная нефтегазовая труба. Но эти инструменты нельзя отнести к атрибутике авторитета и уважения страны в мире.

Россия реально в тяжелейшем историческом кризисе, который продолжает усугубляться. И уже 20 лет за это несет ответственность ее президент Путин, его несменяемая хунтоподобная правящая группировка. Если Россия не найдет в себе силы освободиться от идеологии либерализма, государственной модели путинизма, не восстановит суверенность страны, не оздоровит финансы, экономику, социальную, гуманитарную сферу, внутреннюю и внешнюю политику, то ее скорее всего постигнет участь Советского Союза. Для нас это очень тревожно. И именно эти тревоги формируют платформу настоящей, а не бутафорской, политической оппозиции путинизму.

Россия уже не является сверхдержавой, она полусуверенна и в сильной степени зависит от Американской политической воли. Политическая система путинизма этому противостоять не может, так как сама является составной частью полуколониальной системы внешнего управления. Надежда остается только на российский народ. Он, вероятно, еще скажет свое слово. Во всяком случае наши декабрьские опросы показали, что существенное большинство российского населения выступает против Путина и путинизма и накал негативного отношения уже достигает уровня ненависти.

— Каково Ваше мнение о религии и русских религиозных мыслителях, таких как Ильин, Бердяев, Леонтьев, Трубецкой, Флоренский, Достоевский и др.?

— Религия — это важнейший институт в эволюции человечества. Он связан с ранними формами познания человеческим сознанием мироздания, философии, протонауки. Мои собственные физико-математические научные исследования доказывают, что основные системообразующие религиозные постулаты мировых религий подтверждаются современной наукой. Сознание человека и феномен, который человечество определяет как Бог, материальны и имеют единую природу. Они связаны друг с другом. Источник и субъектность этого материального генератора в моих исследованиях даже запеленгованы и находятся в пределах Солнечной системы, определенно вне Земли. Сигнальная система связи и информационных переносов построена в сверхнизкочастотной области спектра особых волновых процессов. Все это фантастически интересно и волнующе наблюдать!

Что касается социальной функции религии, то она весьма значима. Культурная, ценностно-мировоззренческая, милосердная и миротворческая, образовательная и воспитательная. Конечно, религия, как древний социальный институт, несет в себе и некоторые традиционные установки и форматы, которые время видоизменяет. Если сказать футурологически, то временное мегаисторическое расхождение религиозного и научного познания мира завершится. Институты религии и науки вновь сойдутся в человеческой практике.

В нашем проекте новой конституции России российское государство определено как светское, но при этом веротерпимое.

Перечисленные в вопросе русские мыслители (их перечень, конечно, гораздо больше) для нас являются не кумирами или непререкаемыми источниками «истины», а, прежде всего, примером поиска истины и ответа на ключевые вопросы. В чем смысл жизни? Что есть человек? Что есть Добро и Зло? Куда движется в своей эволюции мир и жизнь? Их пример поиска вдохновляет нас на собственные ответы. Нас сближает важнейшее обстоятельство: все мы русские, люди одной и той же культуры и цивилизационного ценностного выбора. А это как воздух. Если его лишишься, то смерть и духовная, и даже физическая неизбежна.

— Данилевский, Леонтьев и другие славянофилы выступали против (Западной) Европы как чего-то декадентского, особенно для русского духа. Согласны ли вы с их мыслями и не могли бы вы провести параллель с сегодняшней Европой, особенно с ЕС? Многие заметили, что сегодняшняя Европа-всего лишь марионетка США. Согласны ли вы с этим и верите ли в Евразийский союз, БРИКС или другие коалиции, которые создают многополярный мир?

— Русская философско-политическая мысль всегда делилась на славянофильскую и западническую. Корень такой дифференциации открывается при понимании феномена мировых локальных цивилизаций. В нашей теории успешности сложных социальных систем есть понятие жизнеспособности, которая определяется в многомерном факторном пространстве. Эти факторы корреспондируют с ценностным выбором локалитетов. Как рыбе возможно быть успешной в воде, так зайцу возможно быть успешным в лесу. Но не наоборот! Локальные цивилизации развивались как социальные феномены, оптимизирующие ценностный выбор применительно к месту развития.

Русский характер, сформировавшийся в холодном климате, с рывковой системой сельского труда, в постоянных войнах и в противодействии набегам с Запада и Востока, на обширнейших лесных пространствах особенный. Он отличается и от восточного цилизационного и от западного. Характер человека в каждой нации и цивилизации не лучше других, а особый, наилучший в условиях прошедшего оригинального цивилизационогенеза. Тут нет места расизму или нацизму. Мы просто разные и вариативность развития мира является законом социальной природы. Конечно, глобализирующийся мир стирает и перемешивает различия, но полной гомогенности человечество достигнет еще нескоро. Поэтому слишком рано кое-кто в мире возомнил, что его ценностный ряд, привычки и традиции нужно навязать весму миру. Национальное государство, государство-цивилизация, каковым является Россия, еще сотни лет будут спасительным средством для народов в их борьбе за собственную успешность.

Рецепты успешности различны для рыбки и для зайчика, для Западной и Русской цивилизации. И это различие нужно уважать. Путинская группировка попыталась сделать выбор в пользу навязывания западных рецептов России. И это для нашей страны превратилось в серьезную угрозу.

Я не могу согласиться, что Европа всего лишь марионетка США. Соглашусь скорее с Тойнби в том, что Америка исторически является дочерней цивилизацией по отношению к Европейской. И в целом оба континента формируют Западную цивилизацию. В нашей количественной теории локальных цивилизаций и цивилизационогенеза мы усматриваем семь локальных цивилизаций. Западная, Русская-российская, Китайская, Индийская, Японская, Исламская, Латино-Gамериканская. Контрпродуктивно стремление объявить какие-то из них лучшими, чем другие и пытаться ускорить ход эволюции насильно. Пройдет немало столетий пока цивилизации полностью сольются в единое человечество. Это произойдет определенно, но не на нашей жизни. Европа и США консолилированы фундаментально. Флуктуации по причине индивидуальных особенностей того или иного президента этот вывод не меняют. В глобальных вопросах и вызовах их политика будет согласованной.

Так, например, происходит в политике санкционного удушения путинской России. Так происходило в Холодной войне Запада с СССР. Так происходило, когда фактически объединенная под гитлеровскими знаменами Европа пыталась смести Советский Союз. Для современной России трагедия заключается в том, что с нею борются не только внешние цивилизационные противники. Россию разъедает внутреннее цивилизационное и политическое предательство, собственная пятая колонна. К тому же еще и коррумпированная криминальная власть.

Перспективы Евразийского Союза пессимистичны пока у власти в России находится либерально космополитический путинский режим. Уровень профессиональности, ценностного наполнения внешней политики слишком низкий, и наоборот уровень коррумпирпованности путинизма слишком высокий, чтобы рассчитывать на успех. При этом я убежден, что после освобождения России от путинизма наша страна быстро вернет позитивное содержание во внешнюю политику, во внутренне развитие и вновь станет привлекательным региональным центром геополитической и геоэкономической консолидации. Вернет себе историческую роль пространственного цивилизационогенеза, которую всегда играла большая Россия.

Что касается БРИКС, то это искусственный маложизнеспособный институт. Условно скажу, что есть Китай. Но нет БРИКС. Высока вероятность выхода из БРИКС Бразилии с ее новым президентом и его креном в сторону Америки. Роль и вклад путинской России с ее долей ВВП в мировом менее 2% являются почти символическими. За БРИКС просто нужно видеть мировую державу Китай.

Многополярный мир создается в настоящее время, к сожалению, без России. Она слишком в упадке и во лжи путинского режима. Ракетами и боеголовками авторитет и память о СССР и его роли в мире не вернешь. Путинская Россия, к сожалению, следует путем, схожим с исторически мортальным путем Ирака Саддама Хуссейна. Повторю, что выбор для нашей страны нам очевиден: смена модели страны, новая идеология, возвращение и лечение разрушенного и деформированного устроения страны, освобождение от путинизма и после этого возвращение в мир уже в качестве позитивного фактора.

А полюсов мира — вновь фактически два. Запад (Европа+США) и Китай. Российская роль усилиями постсоветских режимов Ельцина и Путина снижена до незначительной.

— Каким вы видите кризис в Украине? Может ли Новороссия как Крым войти в состав России?

— Это не просто кризис. Это трагедия русского и украинского народов, трагедия славянства. Кризис, фактически война, неслучайны. Его план разработан давно. Самый известный завет З.Бжезинского состоит в том, чтобы столкнуть в войне Россию и Украину. Что это за план? Многосотлетний план цивилизационного противостояния Запада и Русской российской цилизации. Были и крестоносцы, и Наполеон, и Антанта, и Гитлер, и Холодная война, и план А.Даллеса и не только. Именно эта стратегия действует сегодня как определяющий фактор в украино-российском кризисе. Особенность в том, что Управляющий этой стратегией имеет свои эшелоны влияния и на Украине, и в России.

Повторю, что путинская Россия неполностью суверенна. Ее пятая колонна многое исполняет в переводе с английского. Кризис и война на Украине сфабрикованы усилиями путинизма и марионеточных сил на Украине едва ли не в симметричном виде. Оба режима несут ответственность за это преступление. Это трагедия, которая стоит уже многих десятков тысяч жизней. Ее исчерпание потребует внутренних политических перемен и в России, и на Украине. Если говорить открыто, то путинский режим фактически предал идею Русского мира и Новороссии. Поэтому во времена Путина конфликт не будет преодолен.

— Каково Ваше мнение о базах НАТО в Восточной Европе и могут ли восточноевропейские страны вновь стать инструментом в возможной войне против России?

— К сожалению, весьма вероятна реконструкция, что стратегия кольца анаконды вокруг путинской России в каких-то секретных документах содержит планы значительной локальной войны на западных границах России. Ее планируют руками и жизнями самих славян. Втянутся в трагедию прежде всего восточноевропейские территории. Поскольку в этих планах скорее всего есть жесткое условие неперерастания конфликта в глобальный с применением оружия массового поражения, то Запад и США будут оставаться несколько в стороне. А военное техническое и глобальное присутствие, базы НАТО и США в зоне конфликта будут решать именно эту задачу управления масштабами конфликта. Одновременно (не надо об этом забывать) Путин фактически будет продолжать деградационные процесы внутри России, ослабляющие и политически дестабилизирующие ее вплоть до грани масштабного кризиса революционного типа и распада. Иллюзией является надежда, что Китай выступит как спаситель путинской России. У Китая своя стратегия. Все это очень опасная перспектива. Облегчить ее могло бы скорейшее внутриполитическое оздоровление России.

— Хорошо известно, что Сирия выжила благодаря российской помощи. Как вы оцениваете российское влияние на Ближнем Востоке и видите партнеров в государствах—Иране и Турции?

— Сирия не выжила. Сирия разгромлена. Промышленность и интеллектуальный контур разрушены. Военно-политический потенциал фактически разрушен. Сирия обескровлена. Миллионы беженцев. Государство разделено на зоны оккупации. Турция, Американская коалиция, путинская Россия, Иран.

Причины разгрома Сирии отыскиваются в историческом ряду государственных погромов: Ирак, Ливия, Сирия. Следующим будет Иран. А цели и причины глобальной многолетней военной операции усматриваются в задаче обеспечения безопасности государства Израиль. Решает ее глобальный альянс США-Израиль. Да, Путин фактически спас остатки режима Асада, но умножил жертвы и разрушения страны. Он включился в решение упомянутой задачи безопасности Израиля. Вообще эта военная путинская авантюра обнажает поразительно низкий уровень профессиональности и безответственности внешней политики режима.

Российское влияние на Ближнем Востоке испарилось. Это не СССР с его ценностной повесткой. Путинская повестка не выходит за пределы цены на экспортный газ, что очень волнует коррумпированный внутрироссийский механизм, и шантажа США с целью ослабить международный санкционный режим. Совершенно тупиковый план действий.

Надежного международного партнерства от путинской России ожидать не могут ни Иран, ни Турция. Недавних примеров достаточно, чтобы это мнение было обоснованным.

Но я очень прошу не путать путинскую Россию с Россией исторической. Это сущностно разные версии. Путин и его режим пришли и уйдут, а историческая Россия вылечится и восстановится. Тогда и вернутся ее позитивная и активная роль и место в мировой повестке.

— В последнее десятилетие XX века многие коммунистические государства потерпели крах как СССР, Югославия, Румыния, Чехословакия и др. На ваш взгляд, каковы основные факторы этого процесса и как вы смотрите на войну в экс-Югославии? Некоторые мыслители считали, что сербское сопротивление дало время России стать «сверхдержавой». Вы согласны с этим?

— Крах мировой системы социализма, прежде всего СССР, по мнению некоторых идеологизированных комментаторов, исторически «доказал», что идея социализированного общежития ошибочна и нежизнеспособна. Это неверно. Она фундаментальна и за ней историческая перспектива. А дело в том, что нежизнеспособной оказалась монопольная партийная система КПСС в СССР. Мало-помалу она привела к идеологическому вырождению правящего класса, инверсии высоких ценностей социализма духовного уровня в «ценности» материальные потребительские. Ошибкой в СССР было пренебрежение свободой личности, творчества, предпринимательства.

Партийная демагогия проникла в науку, идеологию и практику государственного строительства, сделав их неадекватными, ошибочными и беспомощными. Наука, особенно гуманитарная, не должна зависеть от идеологии. Власть не может быть монопольной. В СССР эти ошибки произошли. Миллиарды шли на вооружения, но не производилось достаточно предметов потребления, продовольствия, одежды, жилья, автомобилей и т. п. С приходом Горбачева население было идеологически перекодировано на примитивное потребительство. Эффективными оказались западные идеологические и пропагандистские агрессии. Деятельность Горбачева и его правящей группировки сегодня, по прошествии почти 30 лет, выглядит как беспрецедентное национальное предательство. В определенном смысле оно продолжается в России и сегодня.

Поскольку СССР был политическим ядром, экономическим спонсором и военно-политическим «куратором» всей системы социализма его распад привел к цепной реакции. Горбачевское преступление состоит в том числе в том, что в демографической сфере на территориии бывшего СССР число человеческих жертв (погибших в конфликтах, искусственно не родившихся, преждевременно умерших и сокративших продолжительность жизни) достигает более 50 млн человек! Это результат, сопоставимый с преступлениями Второй мировой войны. Нюрнберг их осудил. Вероятно,G когда-нибудь будет второй нюрнберг по итогам предательства социалистической системы и великой идеи. Но, повторю, вся эта трагедия — не закрытие идеи социализма, а жесткий исторический урок, опыт которого весьма ценен. Разрабатывая нашу новую конституцию, теорию успешности государств и цивилизаций, новую идеологию «настоящего социализма» мы этот опыт учли.

Войну в Югославии, натовскую агрессию я рассматриваю как трагические события в совокупности с военной преступностью западного альянса. К сожалению, постсоветская тогдашняя ельцинская и уже либеральная космополитическая Россия была слишком увлечена «объятиями» с западными хозяевами, была уже слишком ослаблена, чтобы стать на серьезную защиту славянства, выступить с эффективной помощью и Югославии, и нынешней Сербии. Должен при этом сказать, что и в современной ситуации теперь уже путинская Россия в глазах и судьбе Сербии и сербов скорее и более одно воспоминание об исторической связи наших государств и народов, чем реальность. Но неизбежное освобождение России от путинизма, ее оздоровление и возвращение к истинным цивилизационным корням, восстановление ее экономики вернет наши народы к естественной для них близости и солидарности.

Не могу поддержать утверждение в вашем вопросе, что Россия стала сверхдержавой. Это ошибочное представление. Вклад России в мировой ВВП менее 2%. Вклад России в мировую науку, культуру, гуманитарное лидерство сведен практически к нулю. Россия превращена в сырьевую полуколонию, с полусуверенитетом, страна быстро деградирует практически по всем направлениям. В научно выверенной классификации путинская Россия не только не сверхдержава, она уже близится к выпадению из разряда региональных держав. Ее участь, если не произойдет оздоравливающей «революции», — несостоявшееся государство на грани или за гранью распада.

Борьба же сербов за суверенитет, за свою землю, за свою культуру и идентичность была и остается предметом уважения, памяти и урока для многих моих соотечественников.

— Насколько идентичность значима в современном мире и может ли она служить щитом от угроз глобализации? Что такое российская идентичность в текущий момент?

— Идентичность — это не исключительность и уникальность. Идентичность в цивилизационном контексте — это соответствие наилучшим национальным характеристикам устроения государства и общежития народа с точки зрения их максимальной жизнеспособности. Идентичность — это важнейший фактор успешности народа и страны. Попытки ее заменить неизбежно ведут к «болезням» и даже «смерти» государств. Именно поэтому исторически преждевременная глобализация, стирающая особенности и идентичность, является угрозой национальным государствам и их народам. Упрощенно говоря, главное оружие агрессии глобализации — инокультурное вторжение. Когда народ забывает свои сказки и поет песни на английском, то он уже на пути к гибели. Я не призываю к железному занавесу и полной автаркии. Наша теория говорит и в этом вопросе об оптимальном соотношении самобытности и динамичности в культурных обменах. Все хорошо в меру!

Главное заключается в том, чтобы хорошо понимать значение национальной идентичности для национальной безопасности и строить соответствующую государственную политику. В современной России этот вопрос остается крайне болезненным. Космополитизм и реальное русофобство путинского режима, гуманитарная и экономическая сверхоткрытость страны продолжают быть серьезной угрозой историческому благополучию России.

AGAINST LIBERALISM, FOR A WORKERS’ STATE BASED ON RUSSIAN IDENTITY

First of all, I would like to thank the journal’s editor for his invitation and the very opportunity of this interview as well as the appeal to the Serbian audience. Because as a Russian person I always felt a sense of Slavic solidarity. Because our history shows the deep foundations of the ties between our countries and peoples. Because, when I was a member of the Russian State Duma, we did what we could to prevent NATO’s criminal aggression against the former Yugoslavia.

I decided that my first interview should be honest, open, frank and reasonable. My life position in it is simple: I always try to remain a scientist and a citizen, a patriot of my country. Not everyone likes that. But as it is!

1. At first, could you tell us more about your Center and the Party of New Type? What are the main principles and goals of the Center and the Party?

The Center of scientific political thought and ideology is a non — governmental scientific expert and project organization. My «baby». And the main team is about 20 years old. The subject of his research is the philosophical foundations of the fundamental issues of life, Good and Evil, the sense of human life and society, of the state and humanity. It is important not to fall into idolatry to the great thinkers of the past, but to comprehend the truth ourselves.

The center is unique in that it combines the methods of about 16 scientific branches. From the history to mathematics. Studying social and humanitarian issues we use mathematical methods of modeling and forecasting. We create our own applied theories and explanatory schemes. The center designs on the basis of the developed value concepts the organization of society and mankind, the state. The theory of successfulness of complex social systems (society, state, humanity, life itself) is proposed. On its basis, a new Constitution for the future Russia, one that will be freed from the liberal cosmopolitan ideology and model imposed on the country during the years of Yeltsin and especially Putin. Models of destructive, immoral and dead-end. Established interdisciplinary model for assessment and forecasting of development of the country. Russia is being monitored socially, economically and politically. In general, the Center is well known type of think tank. The model of the future Russia, which we design and translate projects into actual normative legal and political formats, is a model of a moral state, a labor state, not a parasitic state, a state of democracy, a Russian civilizational — identical state. Politically, it is a meaningful and holistic opposition to the model of Putinism that leads Russia through degradation to collapse.

The political and ideological position of the Center, which is the basis of party building, is in short «True socialism». A synthetic model that respects and balances all legitimate interests of all legitimate groups of interests. This is not a left or right position. It overcomes the main Marx conflict of labor and parasitism. At the same time creates a three-tier formula. «Labour-freedom-solidarity».

On the basis of theoretical and design developments of the Center, the concept of a new type of Party was formed. In Putin’s Russia party system turned into a surrogate one. The opposition is fabricated by the ruling regime, its special service and Administration. The opposition activity is almost fully imitated. Controlled, just like in the days of the CPSU, the Internet. Parliamentary and presidential election’s results are rigged by the regime at times! Hard brewing political crisis, because in fact Russia in the time of Putinism became privatized state with juntalike type of government.

There is such an indicator for any country as the coefficient of its viability. It allows you to rank the country in the range from superpowers (USA, China) to the failed state. Putinism brought the Russian coefficient close to the threshold of the collapse of the country, as it happened with the USSR. Russia faced now a non-standard political task: to save the country from collapse and to rebuild its model into a different, moral and viable one. This task does not fit into the standard political party fuss for a few seats in Parliament, what do the Russian regime parties.

So we have set a new type of task. Therefore, the political union also became a new type of Party. Once such a task «to save humanity» was solved by the first Christians. 100 years ago in Russia a similar problem was solved by the Bolsheviks-Leninists. The main thing that requires such a statement of the problem-to have a strict, scientifically based platform, political and regulatory legal project of the new state construction after the previous unfit regime will go down in history. The party of a new type, born in Russia, has all this. And the development of a full political program project package took two decades. The draft of the new Constitution of Russia alone required labor efforts of about 400 man-years.

In general, the political challenge of modern Russia is such that either it will be freed from Putinism and rebuild its model on the moral and fair, or it will disappear from the political map of the world as an integral significant state.

2. Could you determine the position of your ideology? Is it kind of a patriotic left, socialism? Do you oppose the European new left, which almost has nothing with workers, but promotes LGBT, open borders, radical feminism etc?

We understand the category of ideology in our system dictionary as a collection of higher values that motivate human behavior. True higher values are selected historically by the people, civilization, fixed in culture, religion. Harmony is achieved when the political choice is agreed with the historical civilization’s one. Theoretically, a set of values» in the image and likeness» makes the pattern of life a person and human society «true» categorical. Nature (or God) conceived of man as a man of labor, collectivity, spiritual rather than material values, creative, loving, creating a union of man and woman for the birth of descendants, striving for the ideal, merciful, appreciating human life, altruistic, sacrificial. Such a goal leads a person on the path of progress.

But if the goal is the opposite — greed, parasitism, individualism, misanthropy, perversion instead of love, destruction — that is the way to dehumanization, to the image of the non-human, and even anti-human. This is the way of devolution.

The left idea of sociality unfortunately historically been brought to the dogmatic version (in the USSR, in particular). Man as a person was depressed.

The right idea of individual freedom was brought to the fascist idea of superiority and violence. Our ideology comes from the key idea: a man must be a true man. This is an optimal synthesis of the values of the polar left-right idea. Therefore, our ideology is the ideology of optimality, the true or categorial character of man and human society. There is a distinct image that is projected on the structure of finance and economy, politics and education and upbringing, the individual and society, freedom and responsibility. This is the ideology of the road to light, progress, the true evolution of man and mankind. That’s the right side of the history.

As for the different versions of the use of self-certification, such as the European left, or European right, the terminology is very relative. In the Russian political dictionary, for example, the right is not understood to be nationalists, but adherents of extreme liberalism. In general, in theory, the political spectrum is more multidimensional than the linear space of the left-right axis. You can also see the upper-lower, blue-green and many other dimensions of different axes of value and as a result of political preferences. The political spectrum that forms the political platforms of parties and governments is fundamentally multidimensional. Our approach calls for giving up the extremes and positioning in the optimal center! The optimality in this case is determined by the criterion of the maximum of the common good in the country, state, humanity. The common good is the good of each and everyone. We have defined this position as «true socialism». By the way, it theoretically guarantees the maximum successfulness of the people and the state.

Radical, extreme positions, as a rule, quickly mutate to perversions, misanthropy, fascism, racism, social Darwinism. And this, again, is the path of devolution. This is the dead end, the wrong side of history. Getting there is a big mistake. It seems to us that the ideology formulated by us is not invented, but is the result of the discovery of the idea of nature (or God, if it is closer to someone), and therefore the most effective and righteous.

3. How do you rate the life in today’s Russia? What’s your opinion about Russian government and Russian economy? Is Russia a global `superpower` in your eyes and what are the main problems in the country?

This is a dramatic question for us. He is pressured by false patriotism on the one hand and open political opposition to the regime of liberalism-Putinism, which in 20 years has reached its systemic embodiment. Russian liberalism has acquired an extreme form, imposed by an external ideological invasion «translated from English» after the collapse of the USSR. Happened political vivisection, destroyed Russian civilizational mechanisms. Western (American) civilization began to aggressively impose norms and values alien to Russia. This has led to the strongest mutation of society and the state. Liberalism from the classical historical version quickly began to turn into a fascist version. There is a creeping fascization of Russia.

The population began to die out, in the 90s there was a so-called «Russian cross». Not unnaturally born and died tens of millions of the population of Russia! In fact, it is nothing but genocide. The phenomenon began to accelerate again with the development of the version of «Putinism» since 2016. The standard of living, health, education and culture of the country’s population are deteriorating. Great emigration. The financial system is deformed, trillions of dollars are withdrawn from circulation, in general, the ruble has become an unsovereign currency. From the country exported goods and a half to two times more than imported. And this is a typical picture of the colony. Russia’s economy under Putin has already fallen out of dozens of the world’s leading economies.

The sectoral structure of the economy has become a low-efficient raw material one. The high-tech industry is destroyed. Many scientists and highly qualified engineers emigrate from Russia. There are already fewer patents registered in Russia than in Iran. The surplus of the balance of payments is made by corrupt offshore. A few percent of the population took possession of 80% of the country’s wealth. 20 million people are officially recognized as poor and destitute. Living standards, real incomes of majority are falling, social stratification is growing. Health care, education and culture, science are degraded and become a form of Commerce. Morbidity and mortality are on the rise.

Putin created an extremely corrupt and unprofessional government over 20 years of rule. Public administration is helpless and irresponsible. The deterioration of the life of the people does not lead to the replacement of the failed government, as the institution of democracy is turned into a farce. The ruling United Russia party was elected to the Parliament of the country, as well as the President himself with colossal falsifications (at times!), practically in violation of the whole package of articles of the Criminal code. A system of so-called privatized criminal state has been created. And this quality permeates the entire state vertical.

The country is rapidly deteriorating to a state not that developed or developing, but already underdeveloped country. The regime of Putinism reduces the so-called coefficient of viability of the country to the threshold, after which the collapse of the state occurs. And this is a real medium-term prospect for Russia.

Russia has lost almost all its geopolitical allies and has become an aggressive, unpredictable, unreliable and dangerous state. Authority and influence in the world has virtually disappeared, that shows the reaction of the UN on the Russian agenda, unless you consider that Putinism in the hands is still a legacy of the Soviet Union in missile and nuclear weapons of mass destruction and export oil and gas pipe. But these tools cannot be attributed to the attributes of the authority and respect of the country in the world.

Russia is really in a severe historical crisis, which continues to worsen. And for 20 years for it bears responsibility the President Putin, his unchangeable ruling group. If Russia does not find the strength to free itself from the ideology of liberalism, the state model of Putinism, does not restore the country’s sovereignty, does not improve finance, economy, social, humanitarian sphere, domestic and foreign policy, it is likely to suffer the fate of the Soviet Union. For us it is very disturbing. And it is these concerns that form the platform of true, not sham, political opposition to Putinism.

Russia is no longer a superpower, it is semi-confident and heavily dependent on the American political will. The political system of Putinism can not resist this, since it is itself an integral part of the semi-colonial system of external governance. There is only hope for the Russian people. He’ll probably have his say. In any case, our December polls showed that a significant majority of the Russian population is against Putin and Putinism, and the intensity of negative attitudes is already reaching the level of hatred.

4. What is your opinion towards religion and Russian religious thinkers as Ilyin, Berdyaev, Leontiev, Trubetskoy, Florensky, Dostoyevsky etc?

Religion is the most important institution in the evolution of mankind. It is associated with the early forms of knowledge of the human consciousness of the universe, philosophy, protoscience. My own physical and mathematical scientific researches prove that the main system-forming religious postulates of world religions are confirmed by modern science. Human consciousness and the phenomenon that humanity defines as God are material and have a single nature. They’re connected to each other. The source and subjectivity of this material generator in my research is even located within the Solar system, definitely outside the Earth. The signal communication and information transfer system is built in the ultra-low-frequency region of the spectrum of special wave processes. All this is fantastically interesting and exciting to watch!

As for the social function of religion, it is very significant. Cultural, ideological values, merciful and peace-keeping, education and upbringing. Of course, religion, as an ancient social institution, carries some traditional attitudes and formats that time alters. The institutions of religion and science will once again converge in human practice. I f we talk about the future, the historical temporal divergence of religious and scientific knowledge of the world will be completed. In our draft of the new Constitution of Russia, the Russian state is defined as secular, but at the same time tolerant to religions.

Listed in the question Russian thinkers (their list, of course, much more) for us are not idols or indisputable sources of «truth», but, above all, an example of the search for truth and the answer to key questions. What is the sense of life? What is man? What is Good and Evil? Where is the world and life moving in its evolution? Their example inspires us to search for our own answers. The most important circumstance brings us together: we are all Russians, people of the same culture and civilizational value choice. This is like air. If you lose it, death is both spiritual and even physical is inevitable.

5. Danilevsky, Leontiev and other Slavophiles opposed (Western) Europe as something decadent especially to Russian spirit. Do you agree with their thoughts and could you make the parallel with today’s Europe, especially with the EU? Many noticed that today’s Europe is just a puppet of the US. Do you agree with that and do you believe in Eurasian Union, BRICS or other coalitions who are creating the Multipolar world?

Russian philosophical political thought has always been divided into Slavophile and Western. The root of this differentiation is revealed in the understanding of the phenomenon of world local civilizations. In our theory of successfulness of complex social systems is the concept of viability, which is defined in a multidimensional factor space. These factors correspond to the value choice of localities. As a fish is possible to be successful in the water, so a hare is possible to be successful in the forest. But not vice versa! Local civilizations developed as social phenomena, optimizing the value choice in relation to the place of development. The Russian character, formed in a cold climate, with a jerky system of rural labor, in constant wars and in opposition to raids from the West and the East, in the vast forest areas is special. It differs from cilization East and from the West. The character of man in each nation and civilization is not better than others, but special, the best in the conditions of the past original civilization genesis. There is no place for racism or nazism. We are just different and the variability of the world development is the law of social nature. Of course, the globalizing world erases and mixes up the differences, but the full homogeneity of humanity will not reach soon. It was therefore too soon some people in the world think that his value range, habits and traditions it is necessary to impose the highly the world. National state, state-civilization, which is Russia, for hundreds of years will be a lifesaver for the people in their struggle for their own successfulness. Recipes for success are different for fish and rabbit, for Western and Russian civilization. And this distinction should be respected. Putin’s group tried to make a choice in favor of imposing Western recipes of Russia. And this has become a serious threat for our country.

I can’t agree that Europe is just a puppet of the United States. I would rather agree with Toynbee that America is historically a subsidiary civilization in relation to European. In general, both of the continent form the Western civilization. In our quantitative theory of local civilizations and civilizationogenesis we see seven local civilizations. Western, Russian, Chinese, Indian, Japanese, Islamic, Latin American. It is counterproductive to declare some of them better than others and try to accelerate the evolution by force. It will take many centuries until civilizations fully merge into a single humanity. It will definitely happen, but not in our lives. Europe and the United States consolidated fundamentally. Fluctuations due to the individual characteristics of a cjocrete President do not change this conclusion. In global issues and challenges, their policies will be coherent.

So, for example, there is a policy of sanctions strangulation of Putin’s Russia. This happened in the Cold war between the West and the USSR. This happened when Europe, actually united under Hitler’s banners, tried to sweep away the Soviet Union. For modern Russia, the tragedy is that it is not only external civilizational opponents who are fighting against it. Russia is corroded by internal civilizational and political betrayal, its own fifth column. To the same still and corrupt criminal power.

The prospects of the Eurasian Union are pessimistic as long as the liberal cosmopolitan Putin regime is in power in Russia. The level of professionalism, value content of foreign policy is too low, and vice versa the level of corruption of Putinism is too high to count on success. At the same time, I am convinced that after the liberation of Russia from Putinism, our country will quickly return positive content to foreign policy, internal development and will once again become an attractive regional center of geopolitical and geo-economic consolidation. Will regain the historical role of spatial civilization genesis, which has always played a great Russia.

As for BRICS, it’s artificial unviable institute. I say that is China. But «there is no» BRICS. High probability of exit from the BRICS of Brazil, with its new President and its roll in the direction of America. The role and contribution of Putin’s Russia with its share of GDP in the world of less than 2% are almost symbolic. For BRICS just need to see the world power China.

A multipolar world is being created, unfortunately, without Russia. She too is in decline and the lie of Putin’s regime. Missiles and warheads authority and memory of the USSR and its role in the world will not return. Putin’s Russia, unfortunately, follows a path similar to Saddam Hussein’s historically mortal path of Iraq. I repeat that the choice for our country is obvious to us: a change in the model of the country, a new ideology, the return and treatment of the destroyed and deformed dispensation of the country, the liberation from Putinism and then return to the world as a positive factor.

And the poles of the world — again actually two. The West (Europe+USA) and China. Russia’s role by the efforts of the post-Soviet regimes of Yeltsin and Putin has been reduced to insignificant.

6. How do you see the crises in Ukraine? Could be Novorossiya as Crimea a part of Russia?

This is not just a crisis. This is the tragedy of the Russian and Ukrainian peoples, the tragedy of the Slavs. The crisis, in fact, the war, is not accidental. His plan is long overdue. The most famous testament of Z. Brzezinski is to push Russia and Ukraine in the war. What is the plan? Multi-year plan civilizational confrontation between the West and Russian civilizations. There were the crusaders, and Napoleon, and the Entente, and Hitler, and the Cold war, and the Dalles plan, and not only. This strategy acts today as a determining factor in the Ukrainian-Russian crisis. The peculiarity is that the Manager of this strategy has its echelons of influence both in Ukraine and in Russia. I repeat that Putin’s Russia is not fully sovereign. Her fifth column performs a lot. The crisis and the war in Ukraine are fabricated by the efforts of Putinism and USA puppet forces in Ukraine almost in a symmetrical form. Both regimes are responsible for this crime. This is a tragedy that has cost many tens of thousands of lives. Its exhaustion will require internal political changes in both Russia and Ukraine. And, if we speak openly, the Putin regime actually betrayed the idea of the Russian world and Novorossiya. Therefore, in Putin’s time the conflict will not be overcome.

7. What’s your views about NATO bases in Eastern Europe and could be the Eastern-European countries again the tool in the possible war against Russia?

Unfortunately, the reconstruction is very likely that the strategy of the Anaconda ring around Putin’s Russia in some secret documents contains plans for a significant local war on the Western borders of Russia. By the hands and lifes of the Slavs themselves. First of all, the Eastern European territories will be involved in the tragedy. Since these plans most likely have a strict condition for the non-escalation of the conflict into a global one with the use of weapons of mass destruction, the West and the United States will remain somewhat on the sidelines. A military technical and global presence, NATO and USA bases in the conflict zone will solve this problem of managing the scale of the conflict. At the same time (do not forget about it), Putin will actually continue the degradation processes within Russia, weakening and politically destabilizing it up to the verge of a large-scale crisis of revolutionary type and collapse. The illusion is the hope that China will act as the Savior of Putin’s Russia. China has its own strategy. This is a very dangerous prospect. Russia’s domestic political recovery could facilitate it as soon as possible.

8. It’s well known that Syria survived due to Russian help. How do you look on the Russian influence in the Middle East and could you see the partners in the states as Iran and Turkey?
In is a mistake. Syria has not survived. Syria is defeated. The industry and the intellectual sphere are destroyed. The military-political potential is actually destroyed. Syria is bloodless. Millions of refugees. The state is divided into zones of occupation. Turkey, the American coalition, Putin’s Russia, Iran.

The reasons for the defeat of Syria are found in the historical series of state pogroms: Iraq, Libya, Syria. Iran is next. And the goals and causes of the global long-term military operation are seen in the task of ensuring the security of the state of Israel. Decides its global Alliance the US-Israel. Yes, Putin actually saved the remnants of the Assad regime, but multiplied the victims and destruction of the country. He was involved in the above-mentioned Israeli security task. In general, this military adventure of Putin reveals a strikingly low level of professionalism and irresponsibility of the regime’s foreign policy.

Russian influence in the middle East has evaporated. This is not the USSR with its value agenda. Putin’s agenda does not go beyond the price of export gas, which is very concerned about the corrupt domestic mechanism, and the blackmail of the United States in order to weaken the international sanctions regime. A completely dead-end plan of action.

Neither Iran nor Turkey can expect a reliable international partnership from Putin’s Russia. Recent examples are sufficient to justify this view.

But I beg you not to confuse Putin’s Russia with historical Russia. These are essentially different versions. Putin and his regime have come and gone, and historical Russia will return and recover. Then its positive and active role and place in the world agenda will return.

9. In the last decade of the XX century many communist states failed as USSR, Yugoslavia, Romania, Czechoslovakia etc. In your opinion, what was the main factors of this process and how do you look on the war in ex-YU? Some thinkers thought that Serbian resistance have time to Russia to become a `superpower`. Do you agree with that?

The collapse of the world system of socialism, especially the Soviet Union, according to some ideologized commentators, has historically «proved» that the idea of a socialized beeing is wrong and unviable. This is wrong. It is fundamental and behind it is a historical perspective. But the fact that proved unsustainable monopolistic party system of the Communist party in the USSR. Little by little, it led to the ideological degeneration of the ruling class, so called «nomenclatura», the inversion of the high values of socialism of the spiritual level in the «values» of material consumer. A mistake in the USSR was a disregard for the freedom of the individual, creativity and entrepreneurship. Party demagoguery has penetrated into the science, ideology and practice of nation-building, making them inadequate, erroneous and helpless. Science, especially the humanities, should not depend on ideology. The government can not be a monopoly. In the USSR, these errors have occurred. Billions went to weapons, but not produced enough commodities, food, clothing, housing, cars, etc. With the advent of Gorbachev, the population was ideologically encoded on primitive consumerism. Effective was Western propaganda and ideological aggression. The activities of Gorbachev and his ruling group today, after almost 30 years, look like an unprecedented national betrayal. In a sense, it continues in Russia today.

Since the Soviet Union was the political core, economic sponsor and military-political «curator» of the entire system of socialism, its collapse led to a chain reaction. Gorbachev’s crime consists in the fact that in the demographic sphere in the territory of the former USSR the number of human victims (deaths in conflicts, artificially unborn, prematurely deceased and reduced life expectancy) reaches more than 50 million people! This is a result comparable to the crimes of the Second world war. Nuremberg condemned them. Probably someday there will be a second Nuremberg following the betrayal of the socialist system and the great idea. But, I repeat, this whole tragedy is not the closure of the idea of socialism, but a tough historical lesson, the experience of which is very valuable. Developing our new Constitution, the theory of successfulness of States and civilizations, a new ideology of «True socialism» we have taken into account this experience.

I see the war in Yugoslavia and NATO aggression as tragic events combined with the war crimes of the Western Alliance. Unfortunately, the post-Soviet Yeltsin’s and already liberal cosmopolitan Russia was too keen on «embracing» the Western masters, was already too weakened to become a serious defense of the Slavs, to come up with effective assistance and Yugoslavia, and the current Serbia. At the same time, I must say that in the current situation Putin’s Russia is seen now in the eyes and fate of Serbia and the Serbs, no more than memory of the historical ties between our States and peoples than a reality. But Russia’s inevitable liberation from Putinism, its recovery and return to its true civilizational roots, the restoration of its economy will return our peoples to their natural closeness and solidarity.

I cannot support the assertion in your question that Russia has become a superpower. This is a misconception. Russia’s contribution to global GDP is less than 2%. Russia’s contribution to world science, culture and humanitarian leadership has been reduced to almost zero. Russia has turned into a raw material semi-colony, with semi-confidence, the country is rapidly degrading in almost all directions. In the scientifically verified classification, Putin’s Russia is not only not a superpower, it is already close to falling out of the category of regional powers. Its fate, if there is no healing «revolution», is a failed state on the verge of or beyond disintegration.

The struggle of Serbs for sovereignty, for their land, for their culture and identity has been and remains a matter of respect, memory and lesson for many of my compatriots.

10. How much identity is matter in the modern world and could be it a shield to globalization? What is the Russian identity actually?

Identity is not exclusivity and uniqueness. Identity in the civilizational context is a correspondence to the best national characteristics of the state and the people’s community in terms of their maximum viability. Identity is the most important factor of successfulness of the people and the country. Attempts to replace it inevitably lead to «diseases» and even «death» of States. That is why historically premature globalization, which erases characteristics and identity, is a threat to national States and their peoples. Simply put, the main weapon of globalization’s aggression is foreign cultural invasion. When people forget their fairy tales and sing songs in English — it is on the way to death. I do not call for an iron curtain and full autarky. Our theory also speaks to the optimal correlation between identity and dynamism in cultural exchanges. Everything is good in balance!

The main thing is to have a good understanding of the importance of national identity for national security and to build an appropriate state policy. In modern Russia, this issue remains extremely painful. Cosmopolitanism and real Russophobia of Putin’s regime, humanitarian and economic over-openness of the country continue to be a serious threat to the historical well-being of Russia.
